AI researchers, Postdocs and PhD Students affiliated with a university in the Nordic region.
The tickets will be available online. Tickets can be cancelled two weeks in advance of the conference.
Reimbursements will vary based on the number of PhD students attending the conference, but each student is guaranteed a minimum of NOK 4000. Reimbursement requests must include valid travel receipts and proof of conference attendance, such as onsite registration. To qualify, you must be a member of the NORA research school; sign up here. For further questions about reimbursement, please contact the organizing committee after the conference concludes.
For those who will make presentations, a computer and screen will be made available.
The deadline for submission is 15th of April.
The symposium team will convey the decision to you by email. The selected presenters will be posted in the announcement section of the website, and in the symposium program.
